Julia Healey

Julia Healey casts the overall vision for United Charitable. In her role as CEO, Mrs. Healey oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives and works closely with United Charitable’s Board of Directors to grow the organization. Julia Healey oversees the donor advised funds and investment relationships with Wealth Advisors for United Charitable. She has been a part of our organization since 2005. Mrs. Healey holds a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and an MBA specializing in Finance.

Joan Townsend serves as Board Chair of Retrak America, an organization that seeks to transform the lives of street children in Africa and South America from one of isolation, poverty, abuse and fear into an empowered life within a safe permanent family or independent living. Retrak provides vulnerable children with safe housing, medical care, education, counseling and skills training.

Matteo Sabattini comes to United Charitable’s board with an extensive electrical engineering background, strong business acumen, and broad expertise in intellectual property licensing and transactions. Dr. Sabattini excels in collaborating with stakeholders across divisions, functional groups and external entities.

Renuka Racha, MBA

Consultant | Mobile, Wireless & Telecommunications Industry

Renuka Racha is a dynamic strategy and business leader with a strong technical background, product management & business development experience in mobile, wireless, and telecom technologies. She excels in building cross-functional teams and creating strategic partnerships to successfully market innovative products and solutions. Renuka came to the US in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and became a naturalized US Citizen. She strongly believes in giving back to the community, and was an active member of the charitable contributions committee in her previous company, participated in several community events in the past 15 years. She also works with a couple of non-profit organizations that provide K-12 education & all-round development of children from economically challenged families in her home town in India.

Julian Martinez serves as Director of Program Development for SER-Jobs for Progress National Inc.  SER is a workforce development organization primarily serving the Latino community’s needs. He is responsible for funding strategies as well as presenting SER to major corporations, foundations, and the federal government.  Martinez also served fifteen years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas-based DyTech Solutions International, Inc.

Ryan Ramirez has spent his sales, business development, and partnerships career in a number of industries, including digital advertising, eCommerce, global payroll technology, and now serves as the Director of Business Development for the Collage Group in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his B. A in 2.5 years at the University of California, Berkeley in Interdisciplinary Business Studies. He is currently studying to attain his Graduate Degree as a Master of Interdisciplinary Business Studies at The George Washington University School of Business.

Aejaz Dar has almost two decades of experience in estate and philanthropic planning and estate administration and, with that, has worked with families in developing strategies to transfer wealth in a manner that is consistent with their values, goals, and objectives. Mr. Dar received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from NYU School of Law.

Dennis Kelly is a businessman and pioneer in the development of health care finance strategies and health insurance programs. His work has transformed the way businesses approach healthcare planning. Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from the American College. Mr. Kelly has invaluable insight in areas of transparency and governance.
